We hired Co-create to socialise our Development vision across all African and UK operations. Mark also enhanced the capacity of our managers to engage our people and bring development on the job to life.

Mark worked directly with our most senior team right through to our junior talent, providing both impactful coaching and strategic advice.

He ensured our key talent (including international secondees) had meaningful development plans and that the process around these plans was sound and linked to value creation.
