The Problem

"Co-create was brought in to evaluate the effectiveness of our European Leadership Programme for our European Leaders, which had lost step with the needs and direction of the company.

The Solution

A number of our clients describe the business challenges they were
facing, the solution co-create collaboratively developed and the business impact
the assignment had on their business.

Working alongside myself, the blueprint which co-create devised gained the support of the executive group and the outcome was a comprehensive design plan that provided the direction for our in-house team to go about building and sourcing the new programme. The new programme has received excellent feedback in better equipping our leaders to succeed with their responsibilities.

Impact

As a result of this work, the following benefits were achieved:

  • Hudson now have a European Leadership development program that is up to date and meets the current and future needs of the business.
  • Our new managers are equipped with skills to better manage and lead their people to higher levels of engagement and productivity, thus positively impacting retention and profitability targets. We very conservatively envisage this saving the company in excess of £60,000 per annum.
  • The new programme acts as a key retention and attraction tool for prospective managers.
  • It forms the one of our vehicles by which we can identify and develop high potentials from within the business.
