Developed by William Schultz in the 1950’s, the FIRO-B questionnaire quickly gathers critical insights into how an individuals’ need for inclusion, control, and affection can shape his or her interactions with others.

The FIRO-B (Fundamental Interpersonal Orientation – Behaviour) tool assesses individuals’ interpersonal needs. Based on these needs, it addresses how a person typically behaves towards others and how that person would like others to behave towards them.
